Keyboard does not work in DOS due to bad keyboard.
Cause:
The original keyboard that was plugged into the computer was bad.
Solution:
Replace the keyboard with another compatible keyboard.
1) Turn off the computer.
2) Carefully unplug the keyboard connector from the keyboard port.
3) Discard the old keyboard.
4) Carefully insert the new keyboard connector into the keyboard port.
5) Turn on the computer.
